摘　　要：本文对奥巴马政府执政以来反危机措施及效应进行评述,认为奥巴马"新政"的刺激计划以及反危机的国际合作阻止了美国经济持续下跌的势头,美国经济开始出现复苏。"新政"中对美国具有长远意义的内容是有关绿色经济的发展战略和经济转型战略,该战略若能实施,不仅能重振美国经济,还将改变美国人的生活方式。The paper discusses the anti-crisis measures of Obama Administration and its effects and believes that the anti-crisis measures and international cooperation have prevented the continuous decline of U.S.economy and made it recover.The content in New Deal with a long-term significance is related to the development and economic transformation strategy of green economy.If the strategy could be implemented,it would not only revitalize U.S.economy,but also change the American way of life.
