摘　　要：目的探讨老年原发性高血压(EH)者24h动态脉压与心电图异常的关系。方法监测62例EH者的24h动态血压和24h动态心电图(DCG)。按动态脉压分为脉压40~60 mmHg组(A组)29例和脉压>60 mmHg组(B组)33例,比较两组的24h动态血压参数和24h DCG表现。结果 B组的ST-T改变、心律失常、左心室肥厚等心电图改变显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论老年EH者24h DCG异常与脉压增大有关,脉压增大是心血管事件的主要危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between ambulatory pulse pressure and ECG abnormalities in elderly essential hypertension. Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups according to the levels of ambulatory pulse pressure [pulse pressure(pp) 40-60 mmHg(Group A,n=29) and pp >60mmHg(Group B,n=33)].24h ambulatory blood pressure and 24h holter were compared between the two groups. Results ST-T changes,arrhythmia,ECG changes such as left ventricular hypertrophy of Group B was significantly higher than those of Group A(P<0.05). Conclusion 24h holter abnormalities in elderly essential hypertension was related to increased pulse pressure.Increased pulse pressure is a major risk factor for cardiovascular events.
