摘  要:丘后特大桥为主跨128 m的钢箱系杆拱桥,其钢箱拱构造复杂,箱形和T(Ⅰ)形杆件焊缝密集。通过采用气体保护焊与埋弧自动焊相结合的焊接方法,小线能量焊接工艺以及合理的焊接顺序等焊接技术,消除焊缝易产生的缺陷,提高焊缝的低温冲击韧性,确保尺寸精度和焊接质量。The Qiuhou Bridge is a steel box tied arch bridge with a main span 128 m.The structure of the tied arch thereof is complex and the welding seams in the box and T(Ⅰ)-shape members are congested.By using the combined method of gas shielded arc welding and automatic submerged arc welding,the welding techniques like the low-heat input welding process and the reasonable welding sequence,the defects that were prone to the welding seams were eliminated,the low temperature impact toughness of the seams was improved...
