含钆有机玻璃的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：利用本体聚合制备出了含钆有机玻璃,甲基丙烯酸钆含量分别为10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,并考查了不同甲基丙烯酸钆量有机玻璃的透光率、耐溶剂性、冲击强度、洛氏硬度、维卡软化温度、动态力学性能和同步热分析性能。实验结果表明,随着甲基丙烯酸钆量的提高,耐溶剂性能、洛氏硬度、维卡软化温度、耐热性能均明显提高。含钆有机玻璃甲基丙烯酸钆量达到30%,透光率82%,洛氏硬度87.8HRR,冲击强度2.35 kJ.m-2,维卡软化温度138.4℃。与纯有机玻璃相比,洛氏硬度提高了48HRR,维卡软化温度提高了73℃,玻璃化转变温度提高了32℃。含钆有机玻璃具有较好的透明性、耐溶剂性、表面硬度和耐热性。Gd3+-containing organic glass was synthesized by bulk polymerization,the content of Gd(MA) 3 was 10%,15%,20%,25% and 30%,respectively.With different contents of Gd(MA) 3,the capabilities were analyzed,such as light transmittance,sol-vent resistance,impact strength,Rockwell hardness,softening point,DMA and STA.The results showed that the solvent resistance,Rockwell hardness,softening point and thermal stability increased with the increase of the content of Gd(MA) 3.Gd3 +-containing or-ganic glass was prepare...
