摘　　要：基于产品的试验数据,研究贮备系统可靠性的精确置信下限.假设系统由n个指数型产品和一个成功概率为p的成败型切换开关组成,所组成系统的产品寿命之间相互独立且与开关的寿命独立.在各产品寿命分布参数都相等和两两不相等的情形下,导出了系统可靠性的计算公式.在产品有随机定时截尾试验数据的条件下,利用修正的样本点排序法,导出了贮备系统可靠性的精确置信下限,并给出了算例.This paper studies the exact lower confidence limit of reliability for a standby redundant system on the basis of the test data of components.Suppose that system is composed of components with exponential distribution of lifetime and a switching device that has a binomial distribution,the lifetime of every component constituting the system is mutually independent,and that is independent of the lifetime of switching device.The interrelationship among distribution parameters of the lifetime of components cons...
