摘　　要：介绍油溶性清洗剂HKS-101的性质、清洗机理及其在茂名分公司常减压蒸馏装置换热器清洗应用的情况。实践表明,该清洗剂安全环保,清洗效果好,清洗后原油换热终温提高,常压炉负荷降低,燃料消耗降低,年经济效益75×10~4 RMB$。The properties,cleaning mechanisms of oil-soluble detergent HKS-101 and its application in the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Maoming Company are introduced.The practice has shown that the detergent is safe in operation,friendly in environmental protection,and good in cleaning performance. After cleaning with this agent,the final heat exchange temperature of crude oil is raised,the duty of atmospheric furnace is lowered and fuel oil consumption is reduced.The annual economic benefit is 750,...
