摘　　要：通过对科研院所的供方在产品质量、进度、价格等方面进行分析,提出科研院所对供方进行动态管理的思考,并运用GB/T19001《质量管理体系要求》标准中质量管理原则,提出与供方建立互利关系的实施要点,从而达到增强经济实力,实现可持续发展的目的。The paper analyses the supplier of research institute in the aspects of product quality,progress,prices etc.The consideration about dynamic management in the supplier of research institute was put forward,and according to the GB/T19001 Standardization,the implementation points of setting mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers were put forward to enhance economic strength and realize the goal of sustainable development.
