摘　　要：本文简述了中国移动的电信级IT服务管理平台这一MIS网管系统远景目标的产生背景,然后诠释了远景目标的3层内涵:即信息化服务活动全生命周期、多角度的信息化运营管理视图、以及遵循SOA架构。文章详细介绍了由远景目标演绎出的MIS网管系统目标架构。为实现此目标架构,还提出了合理的MIS网管系统的演进策略,以指导后续工程建设。This paper briefly describes the background of generating the vision of MIS network management system within China Mobile Communication Corporation (CMCC). After that, carrier-grade IT service management platform is proposed as the vision.
