摘　　要：随着中国移动全业务的发展,接入层所面对的需求也发生了巨大的变化,根据中国移动现网中的实际情况,兼顾现阶段及将来各类业务的需求,对城域网络接入层光缆网络的建设思路进行了分析,希望能对今后的网络建设有所启示。For CMCC, full services access means to fill the gaps of wired access because the transportation networks of CMCC have been constructed around the base station access and not for resources reserve of wired access. The pipelines of CMCC don’t meet the needs if copying indiscriminately the mode of construction of CTC. CMCC should develop wired access according to the networks structure, networks resources, users.
