摘　　要：本文对智能网的实现原理、组网方式和演进趋势进行分析和研究,对智能网的业务种类和发展状况进行介绍和剖析,而且,对于如何利用智能网应对各种非正常用户行为进行了初步探讨,认为智能网目标网升级对业务发展意义重大。In this paper, the realization of intelligent network theory, networking method and evolution of the trend analysis and research on intelligent network of business types and the development status of the introduction and analysis, but also for how to use intelligent network to cope with various non-normal user behavior a preliminary study that the goal of intelligent network to upgrade to the business development network of great significance.
