摘　　要：文章认为,中国经济转型的内容不是单一的,既包括了经济体制的改革,又包括了经济发展方式的转变,还包括了经济结构的调整。政府是经济转型的引领和主导力量,多次的政府机构改革已使政府职能发生了一些转变,然而存在的问题也是明显的,政府职能转变的滞后已经成为中国经济转型的阻碍。文章介绍了中国经济转型的历史沿革和现实状况,分析了政府职能转变滞后的主要原因,揭示了政府职能转变是中国经济成功转型的关键。The content of China s economic transformation is not a single,and this article argues that it includes three parts.First is the reform of economic system,the second is the change in the pattern of economic growth and the third is the adjustment of economic structure.Government is the leading force of China s economic transformation,repeated reform of government institutions has brought about some changes to government functions.But problems are obvious,lag changes in government functions have become an obs...
