摘  要:在自制的废塑料催化热裂解装置和液体蒸馏装置上,研究了聚丙烯(PP)在粉煤灰催化作用下的热裂解特性。实验结果表明:随粉煤灰与PP的质量比增加,液体产物收率下降、气体产物收率增加,产物更加趋向于轻质化;残渣收率先降低后增加,但残渣收率总体偏低,不超过3%;液体产物中的汽油馏分收率先增加后下降,热裂解温度为460℃、粉煤灰与PP的质量比为0.2时汽油馏分收率为40.4%,热裂解温度为440℃、粉煤灰与PP的质量比为0.3时汽油馏分收率为37.9%;柴油馏分收率变化不明显;重油馏分收率下降,但当粉煤灰与PP的质量比超过0.3以后,重油馏分收率下降不再明显。The pyrolysis characteristics of polypropylene(PP) with fly ash catalyst were studied in the self-made catalytic pyrolysis device and distillation device.The experimental results indicate that: With the increasing of the mass ratio of fly ash to PP,the yield of the liquid products decreases while the yield of the gas products increases,so the products tend to be lighter;The residue yield decreases at first and then increases,but as a whole,is less than 3%;The yield of gasoline fraction in the liquid products increases at first and then decreases,which is 40.4% when the pyrolysis temperature is 460 ℃ and the mass ratio of fly ash to PP is 0.2,which is 37.9% when the pyrolysis temperature is 440 ℃ and the mass ratio of fly ash to PP is 0.3;The yield of diesel oil fraction varies little;The yield of heavy oil fraction decreases,but doesn’t change significantly when the mass ratio of fly ash to PP is over 0.3.
