摘  要:通过自由基原位聚合方法制备了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)-锂藻土(XLG)复合水凝胶。将此复合水凝胶用于处理碱性品红印染废水,吸附脱色效果良好。实验结果表明:蒸馏水加入量为8.5mL的条件下,XLG和AM的最佳加入量分别为0.6g和1.0g;在废水质量浓度为25m g/L的条件下,废水pH由7.5降至3.0时,PAM-XLG复合水凝胶对碱性品红染料的吸附量由23.77m g/g降至12.67m g/g;废水温度由30℃升高至60℃时,PAM-XLG复合水凝胶对碱性品红染料的吸附量由20.76m g/g增至22.60m g/g。The composite hydrogel polyacrylamide(PAM)-laponite(XLG) was prepared by in-situ radical polymerization.The composite hydrogel can be used to treat dyeing wastewater containing basic fuchsin with a good decolorization effect.The experimental results show that: When the distilled water dosage is 8.5 mL,the optimum dosages of XLG and AM are 0.6 g and 1.0 g respectively;When the mass concentration of the wastewater is 25 mg/L and the wastewater pH is decreased from 7.5 to 3.0,the adsorption quantity of basic fuchsine on PAM-XLG composite hydrogel is decreased from 23.77 mg/g to 12.67 mg/g;When the wastewater temperature is increased from 30 ℃ to 60 ℃,the adsorption quantity is increased from 20.76 mg/g to 22.60 mg/g.
