摘　　要：通过分析限速对速度的影响、速度对安全的影响,得知限速对安全的影响主要是由于限速影响驾驶员的速度选择,并建立了限速与交通安全关系的连续性模型.首先根据道路限速信息、几何设计、道路使用等情况应用数理统计的方法建立速度选择模型,然后根据速度选择模型确定的速度条件,结合道路几何设计、限速值和道路使用情况等变量建立交通事故预测模型.By analyzing the influence of speed limit on speed and the influence of speed on safety,the effect of speed limit on safety was mainly due to that the speed limit influence the driver s speed choice was concluded,and sequential model on speed limit and traffic safety was set up.First,based on the speed limit information,geometric design,and road use,etc.,the speed choice model was established by the method of mathematical statistics,and then according to the speed conditions determined by the speed choice m...
