摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种具有多种生物学效应的多功能细胞因子,在正常妊娠中发挥重要的作用,其表达水平异常将导致病理性妊娠的发生。VEGF基因多态性可导致VEGF表达量的变化,从而影响妊娠过程中血管的生成和浸润,诱发反复自然流产。本文就血管内皮生长因子基因多态性与反复自然流产的相关性作以综述。Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) is a poly-functional cytokine with a broad range of biological activities,plays an important role in normal pregnancy.The abnormal levels of VEGF will result in pathologic pregnancies, polymorphism of VEGF gene affects VEGF expression which is associated with physiological vasculogenesis and vascular permeability and induces recurrent spontaneous abortion.The aim of this paper was to review the correlation bewteen polymorphism of VEGF gene and recurrent spontaneous abortion for further research of their relationship.
