艾司洛尔与金钠多对AngⅡ致血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)对血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素的影响及艾司洛尔与金钠多的保护作用。方法:将培养的血管内皮细胞分为空白对照组、AngⅡ组、AngⅡ+艾司洛尔组、AngⅡ+金钠多组,用放免法测定不同时间各组内皮素含量。结果:AngⅡ能明显促进血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素,艾司洛尔和金钠多能明显抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ的这种作用(P<0.01)。金钠多作用强于艾司洛尔(P<0.01)。结论:AngⅡ可明显刺激血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素。艾司洛尔和金钠多可抑制AngⅡ的作用,从而起到保护作用。金钠多的保护作用强于艾司洛尔。Objective:To investigate the stimulatory effect of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) on endothelin secretion of vascular endothelial cells(VECs),and study the protection mechanism of esmolol and ginaton on it.Methods: The cultured vascular endothelial cells were divided into 4 groups: control group,AngⅡ group,AngⅡ& esmolol group,and AngⅡ& ginaton group.The endothelin level in culture solution was measured by radioimmunity method.Results: The AngⅡ could significantly induce the endothlin secretion of VECs(P<0.01).The esmolol and ginaton inhibited obviously the endothlin secretion of VECs induced by AngⅡ(P<0.01),and the endothelin level in the ginaton group was significantly lower than that in esmolol group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The AngⅡ can obviously stimulate the endothelin secretion of VECs,which can be inhibited by esmolol and ginaton,and ginaton has more inhibitory effect compared with esmolol.
