摘　　要：目的:探讨重离子治疗面部浅表肿瘤中彩色多普勒超声的价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声观察重离子治疗浅表肿瘤前后的大小、回声、血流动力学等,评价治疗前后的变化。结果:10例面部浅表肿瘤经重离子治疗后,瘤体均消失,有效率达100%。结论:重离子治疗面部浅表肿瘤,疗效确切,可使患者获得高的生命质量,而彩色多普勒超声在重离子治疗面部浅表肿瘤中具有重要价值。Objective:To evaluate the color Doppler ultrasound in treatment of face superficial tumors with heavy particle beam therapy.Methods: The size,echoes and hemodynamics of the superficial tumors were evaluated with color Doppler ultrasound before and after heavy particle beam therapy.Results: All of the 10 tumors were vanished under ultrasound after heavy particle beam therapy,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion: The heavy particle beam therapy is an effective treatment method for face superficial tumors,and can improve the life quality of the patients.The color Doppler ultrasound may play an important role in evaluating the efficacy of the heavy particle therapy of face superficial tumors.
