摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病的治疗方法较多,但由于各医家使用的疗效评价标准尚不统一,给判定各种疗法的实际效果带来了困难。尽管已经有多种量表在使用,但缺乏适合中国人的神经根型颈椎病疗效评价量表。因此,建立一个全面综合的神经根型颈椎病疗效评价量表已成为必要,包括生存质量评价在内的综合评价体系应是未来神经根型颈椎病疗效评价的发展方向。Various kinds of therapies have been clinically applied to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). However,the evaluation standards of therapeutic effect in different medical institutions are quite different from each other at present,thus bringing about many difficulties in the therapeutic effect evaluation of CSR treatment.
