统筹城乡发展视角下农村公共产品供给制度探析

摘　　要：通过对现行导致城乡公共产品供给严重失衡的农村公共产品供给制度的分析,提出了通过增加财政对农业的投入总量、完善政府支持农业资金的管理机制、增加支持农业的新形式、理清不同层级政府间责权关系并精简机构等改革农村公共产品供给制度的措施,进一步加大对农村公共产品的供给,促进有利于城乡协调发展的城乡一体化公共产品供给体系的形成。Through an analysis of the rural public product supply system currently leading to the serious imbalance of rural and urban public products,it is put forward that we should furtherincrease the supply of rural public products for the facilitation of the formation of rural and urban uniformity in terms of the measures forreforming rural public product supply system such as public product sup-ply conducive to the harmonious development of the town and the country through increasing the to-tal amount of investm...
