摘　　要：区域性图书馆联盟是是提高地区信息化程度,满足地区信息需求的重要模式。在探讨中小型城市图书馆联盟对于区域经济、文化发展,区域内各类图书馆自身建设,以及国家级、省级图书馆联盟的缺陷弥补等方面作用的基础上,从政策环境、技术发展及已有研究三个方面分析了构建中小型城市图书馆联盟的有利条件,最后提出了构建中小型城市图书馆联盟的具体思路和措施。Local area library league is an important mode forthe enhancement of information de-gree in a region and the satisfaction of information demand in the region.On the basis of the discus-sion of the roles of libraries of small and medium cities concerning regional economy,cultural devel-opment,the self-construction of all kinds of libraries in the region as well as the makeup functions to the deficiencies of national and provincial libraries,an analysis is made of the favorable conditions in the establishment...
