摘　　要：研究云南某砂岩型低品位复杂难处理氧化铅锌矿的选矿富集新工艺。确定的工艺流程为"预先分级磨矿-混合浮选硫化铅和黄铁矿然后分离-混合浮选尾矿浮选硫化锌-硫化锌浮选尾矿磁选回收褐铁矿-磁选尾矿依次浮选氧化铅和氧化锌"。通过有效的组合调整剂和复合捕收剂实现了氧化铅锌矿物的不脱泥浮选回收。选矿富集的氧化锌精矿(磁选精矿+浮选精矿)中的有价金属锌可以通过后续酸浸-萃取-电积工艺回收。The novel mineral processing technology on Yunnan sandstone type low-grade complex hard-processing lead-zinc oxide ore is investigated.The ore dressing technology is developed,the bulk flotation of galena and pyrite and then separated them after pre-classification grinding,followed by the flotation of sphalerite,then limonite recovered with magnetic separation,and finally the selective flotation of the lead and zinc oxide minerals without desliming realized with combination of mixed regulators and selective...
