摘　　要：统筹兼顾是科学发展观的根本方法。坚持科学发展观的"五个统筹"是以科学发展观指导广西北部湾经济区建设最主要的根本方法。本文拟从科学发展观"五个统筹"的全新视域,尝试解答广西北部湾经济区建设问题。Overall planning is the fundamental method of the Scientific Development Concept. Adhere to "Five-overall-planning" from the Scientific Development Concept is the basic way to guide the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. This paper tries to answer the questions in the process of constructing the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
