摘　　要：从"九五"以来吉林省玉米区域试验对照品种分析入手,探讨品种权保护对玉米育种创新的促进作用,提出了玉米品种审定的标准化、品种权保护与品种审定程序衔接、生物技术对玉米育种技术和新品种保护的支撑等问题和解决办法。This article analyzed the check varieties of maize regional trial from the "Ninth Five-Year",discussed the promotion of the variety right protection on maize breeding innovation,put forward the standardization of validation,the connection between variety protection and variety validation procedures,the supporting and problem solutions for biotechnology on maize breeding technology and protection of new varieties.
