摘  要:用不同浓度的维生素C对干旱胁迫下的玉米幼苗进行处理,测定玉米幼苗根系的形态指标和生理指标。结果表明,一定浓度的维生素C能提高玉米幼苗根系的保水功能,一定程度上缓解干旱的影响。在维生素C浓度为80mg/L时,处理效果最好,根长比对照增加17.67%,鲜重比对照增加21.98%,干重比对照增加17.33%,相对含水量比对照增加22.23%,根系活力比对照增加25.47%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性比对照增加53.60%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性比对照增加19.37%。The maize seedlings were treated by different concentrations of Vitamin C under drought stress in this experiment.Some ecological and physiological characters were measured after treatment.The results showed that there was a significant influence on those characters after treatment.The root length,fresh weight,dry weight and content water were increased by 17.67%,21.98%,17.33%and 22.23%,respectively after 80 mg/L treatment.Meanwhile,the root system vigor,the activities of SOD and POD were increased by 25.47...
