摘  要:从液体培养基的种类、培养方式、培养天数、萃取溶剂等方面研究了不同培养条件获得的玉米灰斑病菌毒素对玉米胚根生长的抑制作用。结果表明:Fries培养液中静止培养15d、极性溶剂提取的玉米灰斑病菌毒素生物活性最好,毒素对玉米胚根生长的抑制作用明显。The inhibitory action of Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins which came from different conditions of culture and extracting such as different methods of culture,kinds of nutrient fluid,culture time and extractant on maize radicle growth had been studied.The results showed that the strongest inhibitory activities of Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins were obtained with polar solvent when it was statically cultured in the Fries nutrient fluid for 15ds.The inhibitory effect of these toxins on maize radicle growth was mar...
