合谷透三间对降低中风致全手肌张力增高的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺合谷透三间穴降低中风后遗症全手肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例患者随机分为两组,均采用醒脑开窍针刺法,治疗组加用合谷透三间穴,对照组加传统合谷穴。治疗前和治疗后15天及治疗后30天,分别采用Ashworth量表和FMA量表评分比较。结果:治疗后,治疗组Ashworth量表评分及FMA量表评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两组治疗后较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:针刺合谷透三间穴对缓解中风后全手肌张力增高有显著疗效,能明显改善手的运动功能。Objective:To obsearve the clinical efficacy of penetrate LI4 to LI3 to decrease the hypertonia of hand after stroke.Methods:Divide the sixty patients meeting the criteria randomly into two groups.Both of the two groups are taken Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,and the tratment group add penetrate LI4 to LI3 while the control group add acupuncture LI4 with troditional method.Give scores to assess the effectiveness by Ashworth rating scale and FMA rating scale before and after acupuncture treatment.Results:The improvement of experimental group scores is much better than control group(P<0.01).And scores of both the two groups after treatment are much better than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penetrate LI4 to LI3 has good effect for hypertonia of hand after stroke,it can significantly decrease the muscular tension and improve the hand function greatly.
