荥合配穴加常规取穴治疗面神经炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察荥合配穴加常规取穴对急性面神经炎的疗效。方法:将门诊60例病例,随机分为2组。治疗组30例,采用荥合配穴(内庭与足三里)加常规取穴治疗;对照组30例,采用常规取穴法。结果:治疗组治愈率有显著提高(P<0.05);而无效率则明显低于对照组。结论:面神经炎早期治疗采用荥合配穴加常规取穴法能达到更满意的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of brook-sea point combination plus conventional acupuncture on acute facial neuritis.Methods:Sixty outpatient cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(30 cases),treated with brook-sea point(ST44 and ST36) combination plus conventional acupuncture;while the control group(30 cases) only treated with conventional acupuncture.Results:The rocovery rate of cures of the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05) and the probability of inefficiency was obviously lower than the control.Conclusion:Using brook-sea point combination plus conventional acupuncture on the early stage of the facial neuritis can get more satisfactory results.
