承泣穴的针刺安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:运用MRI测量承泣穴的解剖结构、针刺安全角度和深度,研究承泣穴的针刺安全性,为临床安全针刺操作提供指导。方法:根据BMI选择体型适中的青年志愿者,MRI扫描眼区横轴位(水平位)、冠状位、矢状位和斜矢状位,测量针刺危险深度,以危险深度×75%作为安全深度。实验结果用SPSS13.0统计软件分析。结果:①承泣穴针刺的安全方向为直刺方向。②承泣穴直刺的安全深度为17.85 mm。③承泣穴的解剖结构左右眼比较无差异(P(0.05),男女比较有差异(P(0.05)。结论:①承泣穴的针刺安全方向为直刺方向,安全深度为17.85mm。②承泣穴的血管变异较多,临床上针刺时应严格掌握针刺深度。③承泣穴针刺深度男女有差异。Objective:To explore the anatomical structures,angle,depth and direction of needing Chengqi(ST1).To study the safety of acupuncture,the clinical safety of acupuncture for the operation to provide guidance.Methods:According to BMI to choose moderate size of young volunteers in the department of body surface points marking with cod liver oil,MRI scan axial eye area(horizontal),sagittal,coronal,measured in the MRI scan axial and coronal bit when the needle depth.Clinical acupuncture into the direction of operation as the standard location,in the axial oblique sagittal area to measure the safety of acupuncture in order to hurt eye,optic nerve,as the risk of orbital depth.to the depth of ×75% of the risk as a safe depth.The experimental results analyzed with statistical software SPSS13.0.Results:1.Chengqi(ST1)for the safety of acupuncture points into the direction of direction.2.For safety into the Chengqi(ST1)depth of 17.85mm.Conclusion:1.Chengqi(ST1) for the safety of acupuncture into the direction of the direction of security,a depth of 17.85.mm.2.Chengqi(ST1)for more mutation of the blood vessels and clinical acupuncture needle grasp the depth should be strict.
