摘　　要：Brunnstrom分级理论认为,偏瘫恢复过程中,痉挛出现在痉挛期和联带运动期,在此期间,如何诱导分离运动的产生、抑制痉挛是偏瘫康复中需要解决的重要问题。近年来,大量的临床研究证实了针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫具有改善中枢神经功能的作用,对于脑损伤后功能重塑有积极作用,是治疗、缓解脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的重要方法。Brunnstrom’s classification theory holds that the recovery process in hemiplegia,spasm appears in the period of spasm and synkinesis,during these periods,how to induce the production of separatist movement and inhibit spasm is an important issue that needs to be solved in hemiplegia rehabilitation.In recent years,a large number of clinical studies confirmed that the stroke with acupuncture has the function to improve central nervous system and a positive effect on functional remodeling after brain injury,and is an important way to cure or to ease hemiplegic limb spasticity.
