摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是一种常见的严重危害中老年人健康的慢性进行性骨关节病,目前尚无治愈方法。针灸用于治疗疼痛和其他机能障碍病症在中国已有数千年历史,因其简便、效果明显、毒副作用小等特点,目前是保守治疗膝骨关节炎的常用疗法之一。在美国等西方国家,针灸对该病的治疗亦引起了人们的浓厚兴趣,已将其应用到该病的治疗中,并开展了一系列的调查和研究,对针刺的有效性进行验证。本文重点对其中的一些研究进行了回顾和分析,并对今后研究的发展做了展望。Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease which severely affects the health of elder people.However,currently,there is still no known cure for this disease.In China,acupuncture and moxibustion has been already used for treating pain syndrome and other dysfunctional diseases for thousands of years.And because of its characteristics of simple and convenient operation,good effect,and little side effect,acupuncture has become one of the most commonly used conservative therapies for treating osteoarthritis.In western countries,acupuncture has also caused great interest of doctors and patients,and has already been applied to the treatment of this disease.And a series of investigations and researches about the effectiveness of acupuncture for osteoarthritis have been carried out.This article emphasized on making a review and analysis about some of these researches,and based on the study of current researches,made prospects on the development of future researches.
