电针足三里、中脘对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠NO、GAS、EGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察足三里与中脘配伍电针对表皮生长因子(EGF)、一氧化氮(N0)、胃泌素(GAS)的影响,来探讨单穴或多穴配伍治疗对胃黏膜损伤修复作用的差异。方法:50只大鼠随机分为5组,即足三里组、中脘组、足三里配中脘组、模型组、空白对照组。每组10只。用无水乙醇按0.6 ml/100 g灌胃,造成胃黏膜损伤模型。各组检测胃黏膜EGF、血清和胃黏膜N0、GAS含量。结果:各电针组EGF、NO含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05),GAS含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05);足三里组、中脘组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05),而足三里配中脘组与这两组相比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:足三里、中脘两穴配伍对胃黏膜损伤修复有协同增效作用。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture of different point combinations of Zusanli(ST36) and Zhongwan(CV12)on epidermal growth factor(EGF),gastrin(GAS) and nitricoxide(NO) in alcohol-induced gastromucosal lesion rat for studying different reparative action of different point combinations.Methods:50 rats were randomly and evenly divided into Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(CV12),Zusanli(ST36) and Zhongwan(CV12),model and control groups.Gastric mucosal injury model was induced by intragastric infusion of dehydrated alcoho(0.6ml/100g).The content of EGF,GAS and NO of gastric mucoucs tissue and the content of GAS and NO of serums in each group were detected.Results:EGF and NO levels in each electroacupuncture group were obviously higher than those of model group(P0.05).And group of Zusanli(ST36) and Zhongwan(CV12) were significantly difference in comparison with these two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:There findings suggest that Gombination of Zusanli(ST36) and Zhongwan(CV12) had the strongest reparative action on gastric mucosa in comparison with Zusanli(ST36) group and Zhongwan(CV12) group.
