摘　　要：临床上掌控针灸刺激量是决定治疗效果的重要环节。本文就针灸刺激量的概念、因人因病控制针灸刺激量的问题进行了探讨。提出临床医学的目的是为了治病救人,针灸医生应该在中医整体观念、辨证论治思想指导下,不断提高临床思辨水平,完善治疗技艺,达到在中医针灸标准化基础之上的更高层次的个性化、人性化的治疗目标。On clinical practice,controlling the quantity of acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation is an important link in determining treatment results.This article investigates issues with the concept of acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation quantity and its control according to the individual patient and disease.It is put forward that the intention of clinical medicine is to treat illness and save lives,Acupuncturists should,under the instruction of Chinese medicine’s holistic concepts and syndrome differentiation ideology,continuously raise their standards of clinical thinking and syndrome differentiation and perfect treatment skill.From a basis in standardized acupuncture obtain a higher level of individuality and humanity during treatment.
