摘　　要：目的:探讨龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症病例60例,按照随机原则分为2组,其中治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗,对照组采用平补平泻针法治疗,每日治疗1次,10次为一疗程,观察患者疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组在疼痛评分及临床疗效上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙虎交战针法配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the dragon and tiger fighting acupuncture with the warm needle acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy.Methods:60 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group.30 patients were treated with dragon and tiger fighting acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture treatment,the control group use Ping Bu Ping Xie acupuncture treatment,one time per day,10 times as a course of treatment.Observe clinical efficacy in patients and pain scores.Results:The treatment group has both better clinical efficacy and pain scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dragon and tiger fighting acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation has good clinical efficacy.
