针刀中药康复综合治疗膝关节外伤性滑膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀中药康复综合治疗膝关节外伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将124例膝关节外伤性滑膜炎患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,所有病例在卧床休息、加压抽液注药的基础上,观察组采用针刀、中药、康复综合疗法治疗,对照组采用中药治疗,观察两组患者临床第1疗程、第2疗程疗效及第2疗程治愈患者两年后的复发情况。结果:经过两个疗程的治疗,第1疗程结束两组治疗结果无差异;两种疗法第2疗程治疗后,治疗效果有差异,观察组近期疗效优于对照组;两疗程治愈病人两年后随访复发情况两组进行卡方检验(P<0.01),说明两年后复发率观察组明显低于对照组,观察组远期疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刀中药康复综合治疗膝关节外伤性滑膜炎能显著改善滑膜的通透性,恢复膝关节的生物力学平衡。Objective:To observe the treatment effectiveness of traumatic synovitis on knee-joint by comprehensive therapy of acupuncture scalpel combined with traditional chinese medicine and rehabilitation.Methods:Divide the 124 cases of patients with traumatic synovitis on knee-joint into observation group(62 cases)and control group(62cases) according to the visit order at random.On the basis of rest in bed,pressing,infusion pump and drug injection for all the cases,comprehensive therapy of acupuncture scalpel combined with traditional chinese medicine and rehabilition was used to observation group,meanwhile,control group was only given the treatment of traditional chinese medicine.Observe the treatment effectiveness of the first course,the second course and the recurrence curative of patients after two years treatment courses.Results:There is no difference between the two groups on their effetiveness after the first treatment course;but the difference occurred after the second course,in which the effectiveness of observation group was better than that of control group in the short term.The chi-square test on the relapse results by follow-up visit between the two groups’cured patiens after two years’treatments showed P<0.01,the relapse rate of observation group was lower than that of control group.The results indicate that the of effectiveness observation group was better than that of control group in the long term.Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy above-mentioned can distinctively improve the permeability of synovial membrane,and recover the biophysical balance of knee-joint.
