隔药饼灸对中老年人单体红细胞中SOD、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察隔药饼灸对中老年人机体单体红细胞中SOD、MDA的影响。探讨艾灸对机体免疫力调节的机制。方法:随机选取40岁以上中老年人40名做为观察对象。选取8个穴位,采用隔日灸1次的方式,进行隔药饼灸,共灸10次。观察受试者灸疗前后的细胞数、SOD、MDA等指标。结果:隔药饼灸后红细胞内SOD含量相对于灸前显著上升,有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01);隔药饼灸后红细胞内MDA含量相对于灸前显著下降,有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01);灸后红细胞数量变化分析显示,没有显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:隔药饼灸能够显著提升单体红细胞中SOD含量,显著降低MDA水平,从而提高红细胞免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effects of cake-separated moxibustion on SOD、MDA in RBC of the healthy aged,and to explore effects of cake-separated moxibustion on immune systematic factors on the membrane of RBC.Methods:Cake-separated moxibustion was given in 40 elder over 40 by 1 moxibustion per 2 days,and to observe the indexes of cells,SOD and MDA before and after the treatment.Results:SOD was significantly higher after moxibustion,with MDA lower(P<0.01).RBC did not get a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:SOD in RBC was significantly higher after cake-separated moxibustion,while MDA lower,so RBC Immunologic Function could be increased
