足三里穴注射黄芪当归针剂防治虚人感冒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察足三里穴位注射黄芪当归针剂防治虚人感冒的临床疗效。方法:纳入体虚易感冒患者34例,单侧足三里穴位注射黄芪和当归针剂各1 ml,每周1次,共治疗2个月。结果:完全有效22例,显效5例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率为88.24%;无不良事件发生。结论:足三里穴位注射黄芪当归针剂防治虚人感冒安全有效。Objective:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prevention of cold involved in body deficiency treated with zu san-li(ST36) acupoint injection of astragalus root and angelica injection solution.Methods:Thirty-four patients in deficiency were included and treated with zu san-li(ST36) acupoint injection of astragalus root and angelica injection solution 1ml apiece.The treatment was carried out once a week and the duration was two months.Results:The clinical effect of completely effective,excellent,effective and invalid cases were 22,5,3,4,respectively.The total effective rate of treatment was 88.24% and no adverse events emerged.Conclusion:The prevention of cold involved in body deficiency treated with zu san-li(ST36) acupoint injection of astragalus root and angelica injection solution was safe and effective.
