摘　　要：针对自动测试系统数量不断增加但大多数不能共享测试平台的状况,提出了为不同类型测试系统建立开放式通用测试平台的构思,通过封闭式自动测试系统和开放式自动测试系统的对比,规划了开放式测试系统必须具备的功能和对应模块,进而根据实际需要实现了一种开放式的自动测试标定系统。实践证明,该系统在校准工作中达到了很好的效果,系统设计是合理可行的。An open automatic test system was designed to overcome the conflict that the number of automatic testing systems is increasing but most of them cannot share the test platform.Modules and their functions of the open automatic test system were designed after the comparison of closed and open test systems.Then an open automatic test and calibration system was implemented and the modules for the automatic loading of testing programm and documents management were described,including their mechanism and interface...
