淋球菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲脲原体混合感染分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨生殖泌尿道解脲脲原体(ureaplasmas urealyticum,UU)、沙眼衣原体(chlamydia trachomatis,CT)和淋球菌(neisseria gonorrhoeae,NGH)的感染情况。方法:对来我院就诊的3152例患者以聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法对上述3种病原体进行检测。结果:3种病原体检出率分别为NGH43.15%、UU32.16%、CT13.85%。其中UU与NGH混合感染检出率为9.14%,NGH与CT混合感染检出率为2.15%,UU与CT混合感染检出率为10.81%,NGH、UU与CT混合感染检出率为0。结论:UU、NGH成为生殖泌尿道感染的主要病原体,且混合感染较严重,应引起人们的高度重视。Objective:To discuss the infection of urogenital tract ureaplasmas urealyticum (UU),chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and neisseria gonorrhoeae (NGH).Methods:In our hospital for treatment of 3 152 cases of patients with poly-merase chain reaction (PCR) method testing the above 3 kinds of pathogens.Results:3 kinds of pathogens detection rate were NGH 43.15%,UU 32.16%,CT 13.85%;the detection rate of UU with NGH mixed infection 9.14%,NGH mixed with CT infection detection rate 2.15%,UU and CT detection rate of mixed infection 10.81%,NGH,UU and CT mixed infection rate 0.Conclusion:UU,NGH become the major pathogens of urogenital,tract infections and the mixture of a more serious infection,people should be highly valued.
