摘 要:对减振装置工作时普遍存在的温升现象,运用热学理论开展系统研究。建立油气弹簧和悬挂的热学物理模型,运用三角级数法推导路面时域随机激励和油气弹簧瞬时速度方程式,根据空气绕流缸体的特点给出相关对流换热系数表达式。通过能量守恒原理和实际气体状态方程创建油气悬挂强迫对流时的热学数学模型,编程分析车体安装参数、路面等级以及空气流速度对油液温升的影响规律,得出的结论可以作为油气弹簧的设计参考。The phenomena of temperature rise when damping equipment worked was system researched through thermotics theory.The physical model of hydro-pneumatic spring and the forced convection physical model of hydro-pneumatic suspension were built.The equations of road surface random activation and spring instantaneous velocity were educed through trigonometric progression.After that the relating convection heat transfer coefficient expression was deduced according to the feature of air flow across cylinder.The hydr...
