摘　　要：阐述了在流化床反应器中,氯甲烷气体和硅粉颗粒进行气固相反应,直接合成甲基氯硅烷的生产原理,及反应过程中反应诱导期(推料升温催化剂还原期)的工艺过程和反应机理。详细描述了反应诱导期的4个工艺过程:原料硅粉的准备;反应系统的确认;赶潮、推料、升温及流化床的改通,最后提出了发展建议。This paper expounded in a fluidized bed reactor,the chemical reaction between chlorosilane gas and grain of silicon powder,the theory of direct synthesis dimethyl dichlorosilane and the induction period process engineering and reaction mechanism.Detailed the four processes of the reaction induction period,which include:1.Preparing of raw material silicon powder,2.confirming the order reaction system,3.drying,pushing,rising temperature,4.Changing through fluidized bed.Finally,put forward the development prop...
