摘　　要：目的 探讨肱骨内上髁炎的病因和治疗方法。方法 采用保守治疗和手术治疗二种方法。结果 33例平均随访21.6月,根据Stahl S评分标准,优良率为82％。结论 肱骨内上髁炎经过正规的保守治疗和手术治疗可取得满意的临床效果。To investegate the causes and treatments of internal humeral epicondylitis. Methods Nonoperative treatment and operative treatment were used. Results 33 cases were followed up for 21. 6 months on the average. According to Stahl S standard,the overall excellent and good rate was 82% . Conclusion Satisfactory results of treatment for medical epicondyditis were obtained through the methods of non-operative treatment and operative treatment.
