摘　　要：该文从性质、内涵和外延以及同货币、经济和金融的关系等方面论述了黄金的特征,并结合我国实际情况分析了国内黄金管理体制变革的步骤和具体措施,最后点明了强化黄金管理的理论研究意义。This article explores the characteristics of gold: its nature, connotation, denotation, and relationship with money, the economy and finance. Based on the situation in China, the article also analyzes the steps and specific measures to be adopted in reforming the domestic gold administration system. The article also discusses the theoretical implications of strengthening gold administration.
