试论德法兼治与加强师德建设

摘　　要：本文从“德”“法”的概念入手 ,论述了两者在治理社会中的不同作用与特点及其缺一不可的辩证关系 ,论证了德法兼治的必然性和必要性。提出从完善制度、评价体系 ;制造相应舆论氛围 ;Starting with the analysis of the conceptions of morality and law, their different effects and characteristics in the society administration, and their dialectical relations were discussed. The necessity and essentiality of administration with both morality and law were demonstrated. It puts forward the concepts that the university teachers' moral construction should be strengthened and improved from the follow aspects which are perfecting evaluation systems for rules, forming the corresponding debate atmosphere and leader firstly taking action as fine example and so on.
