北京地区1992—2000年度涉外婚姻婚前医学体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解、掌握涉外婚姻之中外人员传染病情况,加强涉外婚姻前医学检查工作,保护涉外婚姻者身体健康。方法对北京地区1992-2000年10,179名涉外婚姻者进行婚前医学检查。结果在受检的10,179名外籍人员中,检出传染病及感染者共237例,占受检人数的2.3%,其中HIV感染者2例,占0.0002%;梅毒感染者19例,占0.01%;HBsAg阳性者最多为190例,肺结核17例。非传染疾病628例,占受检人数的6%,其中高血压、心脏疾患489例,占0.048%;泌尿生殖器疾患110例,占0.01%;皮肤疾患15例,占0.015%;五官科疾患12例,占0.0013%。作者对865例患者/感染者的流行病学特征进行了分析。结论改革开放以来,国际间交往日益频繁,中外人员通婚率逐年递增,在传染病传入方面造成了潜在的危险。因此,加强涉外婚姻的领导和管理工作,对防止国际间传染病的流行将起到重要作用。Purpose: Understanding communicable diseases between country,strengthening the premarital medical examination for the marriage with foreigner's sork,preventing the transmission of communicable diseases internationally. Methods: Carring out premarital medical examination for the marring with foreigner among 10,179 in Beijing from 1992 to 2000.Results:Of 10,179 foreigners who were investigated that time,237 sufferd from infectious diseases(32%).Among them,2 were infected with HIV(0.0002%), 19 were infected with syphilis(0.01%),17 were pulmonany tuberculosis,the other were HBsAg postive.628 sufferd from non - infectious diseases(6%). Among them,489 were hypertension or heart diseases(0. 048%),110 were urinary and teproductive organs diseascr(0.01%), 15 were dermatosis(0.015%), 12 were the five sense organs diseases(0.0013%) .The author analyzed the characteristic of epidemiology on the world. promote communication betwenn China and foreign countries, more and more Chinese and foreigners are related by marrage. These special people may cause the transmission of communicable dis-easea internationally. Thus, strtengthening instruction and administration on the marriage with foreigner will to be important role in prevention to communicable diseases between country to country.
