摘　　要：货币在我国国民经济和人民群众的生活中具有非常重要的作用。世界上的任何一个国家都必须对货币制作和发行实行严格的控制 ,对伪造货币的犯罪行为予以刑事制裁。我国的伪造货币犯罪 ,自 80年代后期以来呈上升趋势 ,犯罪分子由个体发展到团伙犯罪 ,形成伪造、购卖、运输等一条龙 ,严重地破坏了国家的金融管理秩序、经济安全和社会稳定 ,必须采取有效措施 ,防治和减少这类犯罪的发展 ,以促进国民经济快速持续健康发展 ,为实现“十五”Currency plays an essential role in a country's national economy as well as in people's daily life. Each country in the world must strictly control the manufactures and issues of its currency and give criminal sanction to counterfeiting offenses. Counterfeiting offenses in China have been increasing since the late 1980's and the offenders have gradually formed coordinated process of counterfeiting, purchase, sale and transport, which has caused great damage to the financial order, the safety of economy and the security of society. Therefore, effective measures should be adopted to prevent and reduce such kind of crimes and create a good environment for the development of national economy in China.
