摘　　要：邓小平富民思想的民族性表现在它是对中国古代富民思想的弘扬和超越 :“三步走”富民战略的表述体现了真正的中国特色。本文站在历史和现实的角度上阐述了富民思想的民族性和时代性。The national consciousness of Deng Xiaoping's nation-prospering theory enhances & surpasses China's ancient nation-prospering ideas. The 'Three-step' nation-prospering theory embodies the authentic Chinese features. This paper, taking an angle of history & reality, dwells upon the national consciousness & the spirit of the times of Deng Xiaoping's nation-prospering theory.
