微粒助留系统对新闻纸浆细小组分助留效果的探讨

摘　　要：就微粒助留剂对新闻纸浆的助留效果进行了初步的探讨。实验结果表明 ,使用微粒助留剂能够显著提高新闻纸浆手抄片的灰分 ( 4 % ) ,而对纸张白度基本没有影响 ;并能使填料的留着率提高1 7%～ 2 5 %、细小纤维留着率提高 2 6%～ 32 %、排放白水中的总固形物减少 5 8%～ 69%Effects of the micro-particte retentate on fines retention of newsprint pulp was investigated in this paper.The results show that suitable retention agents have remarkable effect on the improvement of fines and increase the ash content of handsheet by 4%,retention of fines by 26%～32%,and filler by 17%～25%;while whiteness remaines.In addition,the total solid content of white water was cut down by 58%～69%.The ash content of handsheet was increased by 4%.
