摘 要:目的探究肠蠕虫感染人群病原检查优化方案。方法比较分析定量透明法、饱和盐水浮聚法和钩蚴试管滤纸培养法对不同感染率、感染度肠蠕虫卵的检出效果。应用指数曲线拟合法分析定量透明法的检漏规律。结果定量透明法检查蛔、钩、鞭虫卵存在检漏,且检查钩、鞭虫卵的检漏率(EPG<25时,检漏率分别达80.8%和64.5%)与感染度成反比。结论在低感染度人群普查或防治效果考核中应选用定量透明法并用饱和盐水浮聚法。Objective Studies on the adantagcous plan detecting infectious human with intestinal helminth. Methods Adoping the way of improved Kato' s guantitave, saturated brine floatinal and test-tube-filter-paper-cvtre to comparatively observe the effect on examination of infectious human with intestinal heminth. Adoping the method of exponential curve to analyse the law of examination with improved Kato' s method. Results There were omittance in detecting eggs of Ascaris, hookworm and whipworm by adoping improved Kato' s method. Below 25 EPG (eggs pre gram) of hookworm and whipworm, the omitting rates were 80.8% and 64.5 %, being inverse with degree of the infection. Conclusion In detecting people at lower degree of infection with intestinal helminth, the methods of improved Kato's and saturated brine floation must be use unitedly.
