摘　　要：介绍了中国石油兰州石化公司常减压蒸馏装置柴油碱洗电精制罐技术改造的情况。针对精制罐长期处于高负荷运行,其电极棒和极板绝缘吊挂易烧毁现象,采取了增设罐底进料分配器、改变电极板及高压绝缘吊挂的结构等措施。与改造前相比,改造后精制罐每年可减少停车4次,增产柴油4 135.65 t,减少碱渣量11 190 t。项目的投资回收期为0.08 a。The technical revamping situation of diesel alkaline washing and electric refining device in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company were introduced.According to the problem of burn-out of electrode rods and insulation hanging of electrode plates during the long period and high load running of the elective,the measures,such as adding a feeding distributors at the bottom of devices and changing the structure of electrode plates and high-voltage insulation hanging et al w...
