摘　　要：城乡经济发展不均衡、社会转型和体制转型等基本国情决定了城乡公共体育服务均等化实现方式的多元化。文章以基础性制度规范的改革作为基本切入点,在构建服务型政府的前提下,除统筹城乡经济发展外,还应加强公共体育服务供给、财政支出和结构调整等基础性制度规范,同时与调节性制度有机集合起来,以促进公共体育服务逐渐向均等化过渡。The city and countryside economic development imbalanced,social reforming and system reforming and so on fundamental realities of the country had decided the city and countryside public sports serves the even equalization to realize the way multiplication.The article takes the basic breakthrough point by the foundational system standard′s reform,under the construction service government′s premise,besides plans the city and countryside economic development,but should also strengthen the public sports service...
